All-day Zen meditation retreat begins with orientation at 7:30 am and ends at 5:30 pm. Please arrive at 7:15 am to arrange your seat.
Rev. Gyoshin Laurel Ross will give the Dharma Talk and will be available for individual practice discussion. Oryoki-style lunch is included.
If you have not previously attended an ADZG meditation retreat/sesshin, please inquire with Gyoshin at info@ancientdragon.org.

After registration, please let us know if you have dietary or physical needs that would be helpful for us to know. Please register by February 3, 2019, through contacting Gyoshin at info@ancientdragon.org. Requested donation is $75. 00. A sliding scale is available and please specify the donation amount when you register. Any donation over $75.00 helps to make our programs available to everyone.
