Please register! We offer meditation instruction and an introduction our temple. Please email info@ancientdragon.org to sign up in advance for an in-person session.
We offer in-person only meditation instruction on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 8:30 AM and the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:15 PM at our Lincoln Square Zendo by appointment only to people who are new to Zen, new to Ancient Dragon, or who would just like a refresher on forms. Please email info@ancientdragon.org before attending.
Online zazen instruction is also available in our Online Zendo by appointment only – please email info@ancientdragon.org to sign up.
