Meditation Instruction and Temple Orientation

We offer meditation instruction and temple orientation twice monthly in-person by appointment only to people who are new to Zen, new to Ancient Dragon, or who would just like a refresher on zendo etiquette and forms..
Please email info@ancientdragon.org to register and sign up in advance for an in-person session.
We offer in-person only meditation instruction on the 2nd Sunday of the month at 8:30 AM and the 3rd Monday of the month at 6:15 PM at our Lincoln Square Zendo. Please email info@ancientdragon.org to register before attending.
Online zazen instruction is also available in our Online Zendo by appointment only – please email info@ancientdragon.org to sign up.
