Sunday Morning Public Program at Lincoln Square Zendo and in our online Zendo via ZOOM.
Our director and Board President, Paula Lazarz, will also sangha discussion: we’ll check in, reflect on the past year, the current state of dragon affairs, and consider further directions. Tea and treats will be offered during the discussion. Join us inside at the ADZG Temple in Lincoln Square or in our Online Zendo.

9:30 am: Zazen (sitting meditation)
10:05 am: Kinhin (walking meditation)
10:15 am: Sangha meeting and tea
