Zen School

Join us Thursday, June 6th from 7-8:30pm for Zen School! Learn more about how Ancient Dragon Zen Gate works, how we meditate, and what’s going on with all the bells and bows. This event will be led by Matt Vogel, Ancient Dragon’s Ino (meditation hall manager). We’ll take a tour of the space, practice meditation, and have a discussion about our forms. Come with any all questions about our space, forms, and mediation practice!
