Results of Board Elections
- Five candidates – Dylan Toropov, Carol Ko Laursen, David Wray, David Weiner, and Eve Pinsker
- Results: Dylan, Ko won to retain their seats, and David Wray will serve as a new director
- Ko will occupy Brian Taylor’s seat, so her term will be for two years
- Thank you again to Douglas!
- Two people are replacing Douglas – Alex as Director and Wade as Board Chair

- In terms of donations, we are in the same time frame as previous year
New Temple Search Committee Report
- Constructing a detailed financial report, and as a result of the process, Roy W. will be a guarantor
- Motion to recognize current Temple Search Committee membership– Paul Discoe, Roy Wyman, Dylan Toropov, Alex Bernstein, Taigen, Ed Donley, and Wade Wheatley, with Dave Doerksen on hiatus

Technology Report
- Ed and Alex have talked to Harvard Kennedy School AV people to get a sense of what a professional hybrid system would look like
- Purchase a wifi for the first floor so we are not using wifi from upstairs, especially for trying to upgrade the hybrid system
- Cost associated with the internet, two options:
- Residential service with promotional service $30 with a 12 month contract
- Month-to-month contract with faster downloads $80
- Vote to approve first option at $30 a month

- Signed a new contract for managed web hosting and related consulting services
- Canton Becker will move us to a new configuration of Stripe
