Daylong Meditation Retreat with Rev. Shudo Paula Lazarz

All-day traditional Soto Zen meditation retreat that includes oryoki lunch, buddhist service, dharma talk and practice discussion. 

Orientation begins at 7:30 am and retreat ends at 5:30 pm. 

Please arrive at 7:15 am to arrange your seat.

Rev. Shudo Paula  will give the Dharma Talk and will be available for individual practice discussion.   Oryoki-style lunch is included.

Requested donation is $75.00.  A sliding scale is available, Please specify the donation amount when you register.
