Third day of 3-day Meditation sesshin, with Dharma talk by Taigen at 10:15 on Dōgen’s zazen teachings, open to public, everyone welcome, and to prior zazen period. NO Zazen instruction this Sunday.
Dokusan (individual practice discussion) with Taigen available.
Lunch oryoki-style meal provided.
Registration required by Oct. 13.
Daily $75. suggested donation; sliding scale available. It is possible to sign up for any one up to all three days. Please contact info@ancientdragon.org.
* Please note that there will be no meditation instruction, temple cleaning or tea on Sundays when we have special meditation retreats. The 9:30 am Zen meditation and 10:15 am Dharma talk are always open to the public even when there is a special meditation event. Consult the calendar for details.
