Daylong Meditation Retreat with Eishin Nancy Easton and Gyoshin Laurel Ross  At Harms Woods (Cook County Forest Preserve). 

9:30 am Zen meditation and Eishin’s 10:15 am Dharma talk on Case 4 from the Book of Serenity: “The World Honored One Points to the Ground” are open to the public through Zoom.

Please join us for our first socially-distant all-day meditation retreat, which will take place rain or shine in the Cook County Forest Preserve. This is a chance to practice together within a sheltered, open-air environment. Eishin will give the Dharma Talk and Gyoshin will be leading our extended meditative nature walk. Participants are requested to bring their own bag lunch.         Please note that it is necessary to register for this event as space is limited. Registration is first-come, first-served for 16 seats, although we may have some overflow capacity for additional participants, weather permitting. Please register by September 28th. Requested donation is $60.00 for the day.  A sliding scale is available, please specify the donation amount when you register. Partial attendance is possible.
