Please join us on Sunday, July 28 for a one-day sesshin at our Lincoln Square zendo and online (hybrid)
Sesshin starts at 7:00am and runs until 6:00pm (including setup and cleanup), and it is possible to sign up for a half day or full day. Sesshin is a wonderful opportunity to deepen your practice and this event will include a Dharma talk and silent, meditative walk, weather pending. Participants will need to bring their own bag lunch and tea, snacks, cushions and chairs will be provided.
