Ruth Ozeki Book Reading

Please join Ancient Dragon Zen Gate (ancientdragon.org) and Women and Children First (womenandchildrenfirst.com) in welcoming to Chicago internationally renowned novelist and Zen Buddhist Priest Ruth Ozeki to celebrate her recent novel, The Book of Form and Emptiness, on Friday, June 24th at 7 PM at the Ebenezer Lutheran Church Auditorium (1650 W. Foster Ave). Ruth’s new book, “a brilliantly inventive new novel about loss, growing up, and our relationship with things,” follows her acclaimed and best-selling novels such as A Tale For The Time Being and All Over Creation. Ozeki will be giving background to the creation of and reading excerpts from The Book of Form and Emptiness, and will be introduced by Taigen Dan Leighton, Guiding Teacher of Ancient Dragon Zen Gate.
Copies of the paperback edition of The Book of Form and Emptiness will be available to purchase.
