Thursday morning sitting with Hogetsu Laurie Belzer.
Sitting will be held hybrid, both in the Lincoln Square Zendo and in our online Zendo via ZOOM.
Zazen is from 8:00am – 8:30am, followed by brief teaching reflection and check-in.
